The operation of the board machine:

1. Potion control parameters: sulfuric acid concentration 3-5%.

2. Temperature control parameters: 85±10℃.

Three, grinding speed: 1.0-2.5m/s.

Four. Operation procedure of plate grinding machine:

1. Turn on the conveying switch and adjust the conveying speed between 1.0-2.5m/s.

2. Turn on the heating switch of the drying section, set the temperature at 85±10℃, press the start button, and the drying section will start to work. When the heating temperature of the drying section reaches the set temperature, pickling is started in turn-overflow water washing 1 grinding plate spray-four brush grinding plates-overflow water washing 2-overflow water washing 3-high pressure water washing- Clean water-blot dry-dry board combination-conveying.

3. Do not remove the cover and open the filter pump after the machine is started.

4. After the work is over, turn off pickling in turn-overflow water washing 1 grinding plate spray-four brush grinding plates-overflow water washing 2-overflow water washing 3-high pressure water washing-clean water washing- —Suck dry—dry board combination—transport switch—turn off the main power supply and water supply valve.

Five. Basic operations:

1. Thoroughly clean the pickling tank and each water tank with clean water before opening the tank, and clean the absorbent sponge.

2. Add clean water to each washing tank and pickling tank to the liquid level, and then add sulfuric acid into the pickling tank.

3. Pay attention to adjusting the brushing current when starting up.

4. When placing the board, make a sequential decision to keep the length of the brush bristles basically the same.

5. Clean the absorbent sponge once a day, and wring out the water on the absorbent sponge.

Six. Weekly maintenance:

1. Drain the liquid in each tank, and rinse the dirt and residue in the machine and the tank with clean water.

2. Each washing tank can be discharged after being rinsed with clean water.

3. Remove the absorbent sponge and clean it with detergent.

4. Remove the air knives and rollers of the air-drying section, clean them with alcohol, and put them back in place.
