The etching machine is the main equipment of the etching processing plant. The etching liquid forms a specific spray pressure to spray and etch the metal workpiece, and the speed and time of the etching machine are determined according to the etching depth required by the customer's product. During etching, the metal workpiece is exposed to the etching solution to dissolve and corrode, forming a concave-convex or hollow-out effect.

Moulding machine

The stripper is a device that peels off the protective layer that needs to be removed from the metal workpiece after the etching is completed. The stripper uses a specific chemical solution to dissolve and peel the ink coating. The solution used for film release can only chemically react with the outer layer of ink and cannot react with the metal in any way, so that the ink layer can be removed without damaging the metal itself.
