In addition, by connecting the display screen to display the enlarged image of the AG glass surface particles on the display screen, use the software tool to test the size of the particle span (generally In micrometers), observe whether the particle span of the AG glass surface is uniform or not through the image.

The more uniform the particles, the smaller the particle span, the more delicate the effect picture displayed through the anti-glare glass, and the clearer the image. Under the particle image processing instrument, we observe the size of the particles, various shapes such as spherical, cubic, non-spherical, irregular shape and so on.

When the light beam passes through a medium with uneven particles, it will scatter in all directions, and part of it will diffract and weaken the reflection. For AG glass, the shape of the particles on the glass surface is generally polygonal, mainly irregular, because these shapes can weaken the reflected light and form diffuse reflection, which is beneficial to anti-glare.
